FAQ
FAQ

What areas do you serve?

I provide mobile therapeutic massage throughout the Bay Area, serving both Peninsula/South Bay (Palo Alto, Mountain View, Cupertino, San Jose) and East Bay (Oakland, Berkeley, Emeryville, Alameda). I bring professional equipment and clinical-grade treatment directly to your home or office.

What should I expect at my first session?

I'll start by asking about your pain concerns, injury history, and goals. Then I'll assess your movement patterns and posture before beginning hands-on treatment. Sessions are 60, 90, or 120 minutes. You can book online through Noterro or contact me directly.

Do you accept insurance or HSA/FSA?

I accept HSA/FSA cards, credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. While I don't bill insurance directly, I can provide a receipt with my CMT license number that you can submit for potential reimbursement through your health insurance.

What areas do you serve?

I provide mobile service throughout the Peninsula and South Bay including Palo Alto, Mountain View, Los Altos, Cupertino, Menlo Park, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, and San Jose. I bring professional equipment and set up in your home, office, or preferred location.

How is therapeutic massage different from spa massage?

Therapeutic massage uses targeted techniques (deep tissue, cupping, IASTM, sports recovery) to address specific problems—chronic pain, sports injuries, movement restrictions. The goal is measurable improvement in pain and function, not relaxation. Sessions involve assessment, treatment planning, and home care guidance.

Do you offer corporate wellness programs?

Yes. I work with tech companies, fitness studios, and professional teams to provide on-site therapeutic massage for employees and athletes. Monthly packages available. Contact me to discuss custom corporate wellness solutions for your organization.

How often should I get therapeutic massage?

For acute issues or post-surgical recovery: weekly until pain/mobility improves. For chronic pain management: every 2-3 weeks. For athletic performance and injury prevention: monthly or bi-weekly depending on training volume. I'll recommend a schedule based on your specific needs.
