I don't follow a predetermined routine. Every session starts with assessment—evaluating your movement patterns, posture, and pain triggers. Then I use the right combination of therapeutic techniques to address what's actually failing. The goal is measurable improvement: reduced pain, restored mobility, and lasting results. Between sessions, I provide stretches and self-care protocols to maintain progress.
